- The introduction of Lalaca
- Our rooms
- You can choose out of 3 types of rooms, Japanese room(10 Tatami-room, up to 5people), Japanese and Western room(6Tatami-room with 2 semi-double beds.) and Western room(3beds).Every room is with bathroom (Some has no shower).
- Japanese room is classic Japanese one with 10 Tatami and an alcove. Also there are some chairs in the room which you can enjoy the view form the window and make yourself relaxed.
- Japanese Western room has 6 Ttami and an alcove plus 2beds in the Western style parts of the room. It has a shower as well as a bath. This is the biggest room of our guest rooms.
- Western room has 3 beds. This room has no shower. Yet we recommend you this room because it is located in the corner and on the same floor as the entrance and the restaurant.

- Meal
- We serve Japanese food which take advantage of the material of the season.
- We usually serve appetizer ,sashimi,vinegared dish, poecilain board, Japanese pot, Deep-fried dish rice, soup, and dessert.
- If you stay in Japanese room, room service is available only when you want to have dinner in your room. It is on your request basis.
- Dinner is ready by 6:00pm. So please check in before 5:30pm.

- Beverage menu
- Draft beer, bottled beer. Chu-hai, Sake, Warm-sake, wine, coke, orange juice, oolong tea, ginger ale
- Menu is supposed to be changed because of the season.

- Party and Room service
- Dinner is usually served in a restaurant but it is possible to have it in you room. Also we can offer you a hall for a group of large number of people.

- Hot spring
- Lalaca hot spring provides you with Nigoriyu flowing from the origin 100% pure Onsen, So you can enjoy real Onsen here. Since the color is milk white and it comes from sulfur, some people feel their skin smoother after taking a bath. And renting hot spring is also available only limited time.

- Yukata, Bath towel, Face towel, cotton swabs, shaving, cotton, lotion, hair band, shower cap
- Shampoo, Conditioner and Body soap are also provided in hot spring.

- Room charge
- Shown below is room charge. It is supposed to be changed because of the season.
- 1 room for 2, 3people \11800 for each person.
- 1 room for 4, 5people \10800 for each person.
- The room charge includes dinner and breakfast. If you are 15 years old and over,Hot spring Tax will be added. We ask you to pay in Japanese yen when you check out. We don't take any credit cards. We inform you the exact amount for room charge when you ask.

- How to get to Lalaca
- Hokone Onsen Lalaca is located about 6 minutes walk from Gora Station of Hokone Tozan Line. It's easy to come without car.

- How to make a reservation
- You don't need to pay all the room charge when you make a reservation. And also if you use paypal it's easy to pay the reservation fee.
- 1.You can get the current vacancy information through the inquiry form.
- 2.When room is available, we email you about room charge and reservation fee. The room is booked for 5 days just temporarily, in the meantime we would like you to pay the reservation fee. Reservation fee is \3000 for an adult. Click the URL given in the email then you can access to paypal and pay easily.
- 3.When we confirm your reservation fee, the reservation process is done.

- What is paypal?
- It's an easy settlement system using your credit cards or paypal account. The transmission is corded by SSL. Therefore it is impossible for us to know the number of your credit cards.

- Check out
- You can pay only in cash when you check out. We are afraid we don't take paypal or any credit cards.

- About cancellation
- In case of cancellation, you need to pay the cancellation fee. The fee is shown below.

- 8 days before 50% of reservation fee
- 7-4 days before 30% of the room charge
- 3 days before 40% of the room charge
- 2-1 days before 50% of the room charge

- About Hakone Onsen
- It is said that many people got to know about Hakone Onsen after Toyotomi Hideyoshi, A General at Age of Civil Wars fought at a battle in Odawara.
In Edo Era, it attracted many people as one of the Onsens along Tokaido, one of 5 major Boulevard in Japan. In the ages of Tokugawa Iemitsu, Tokugawa Tsunayoshi, Kenjyouyu, presentation the hot spring water to General, was often performed.
Nowadays there are many museums and sightseeing spots around here. Since it is such a good place to see how the nature changes every season, many tourists, most of them are from Metropolitan area of Tokyo, come and visit all year round.
